Our Story

Top Haus Exteriors was founded in Bloomington, Minnesota by Reece Collins and Samuel Narveson, who shared a simple goal — to bring honesty, hard work, and real craftsmanship back to exterior cleaning. What began as a small operation in the spring of 2025 quickly grew through word of mouth and a commitment to doing things the right way — with pride, consistency, and care.

We started small — windows, gutters, and a bit of grit — but we always believed in the long game. Every job was a chance to prove that honesty and quality matter. As client referrals grew and word spread, we expanded operations into Arizona, centering in Gilbert while continuing to serve our home state of Minnesota.

Today, Top Haus Exteriors serves both states with the same belief we started with: do excellent work, treat every property like your own, and honor the trust customers place in you. Our journey is still just beginning, and we’re proud to carry forward the values, craftsmanship, and vision that built our foundation.

He still enjoys being hands-on in the field and building relationships with homeowners and businesses alike.
