Not much! Just make sure we have access to the areas you'd like cleaned and an outdoor water spigot if available. We bring all of our own professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions — you don't need to provide a thing.
What happens if it rains after my cleaning?

Rain actually doesn't leave spots on professionally cleaned windows — it's the dirt and minerals already on the glass that cause streaks. If you're unhappy after a rain we'll come back and make it right at no charge.
