Top Haus Exteriors, LLC ("Top Haus," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thexteriors.com, request a quote or use our services, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and provide our services:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your service address
• The services you're interested in, your preferred timing, any maintenance plan you choose and any notes you share
• Details about the services we provide for you, such as dates and what was done

2. How we collect it

You give us this information when you fill out the quote form on our website, submit a form through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, or call, text or email us. When you use a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta shares the information you enter in that form with us.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare your quote
• To schedule and provide your services
• To contact you about your quote, appointments and service by phone, text or email
• To answer your questions and follow up on your service

We never sell or rent your personal information.

4. Text messages

We send two kinds of text messages, both through Twilio, a messaging provider:

• Service texts about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders, job updates and other communication about your service.
• Promotional texts about seasonal offers, discounts and related services, such as gutter cleaning reminders, fall cleanup and snow removal. We send these only if you've agreed to receive them, for example by checking the optional box on our quote form. You don't have to agree to promotional texts to get a quote or use our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us to change your text preferences at any time.

We don't sell your phone number or share it, or your text opt-in status, with anyone for their own marketing.

5. Payments

Card payments, including tap to pay, are processed by a third-party payment processor through our scheduling and billing software. If you choose to keep a card on file for future service, it's stored by that processor. We don't write down or keep card numbers ourselves.

6. Service providers we use

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Netlify hosts this website. When you submit our quote form, Netlify receives and stores your submission.
• Resend sends our quote emails, including the confirmation email you receive after requesting a quote.
• Blueworks, our scheduling and billing software, stores customer and job details so we can schedule, invoice and keep records of your service.
• Twilio sends and receives our text messages.
• Our payment processor handles card payments and any card you keep on file.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) runs our ads, shares information from ad forms you submit, and receives information from the Meta Pixel described below.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our customers, our crew or the public.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. When you visit, the Pixel sends Meta technical information such as your IP address, browser details, the pages you view and whether you requested a quote, and it may set cookies in your browser. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.

You can control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies. We don't use Google Analytics or other analytics tools.

Links to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google pages take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and run our business.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just reach out using the contact details below.
