Do you clean the inside and outside of my windows?
Yes. We clean interior and exterior glass. Depending on the package you choose, that can be the outside, the inside or both, and your quote lists exactly which.
Are screens and tracks included?
Screen cleaning and track detailing are optional add-ons, so they are not part of every package. Just check them on the quote form and we will include them in your quote.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior window cleaning, no. As long as we can reach the windows, you can go about your day. For interior window cleaning, we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
How do you reach second- and third-story windows?
We use ladders and water-fed poles to reach second- and third-story windows, choosing whichever works best for your home.
