These terms apply when you request a quote or book a service with Top Haus Exteriors, LLC ("Top Haus," "we," "us"). We've kept them short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, just ask.

1. Estimates and pricing

Every home is different. Pricing depends on the services requested, the size of the job and accessibility. We provide a personalized quote before any work begins. If we find the job is different from what was described, we'll talk with you before going ahead.

2. Scheduling and cancellations

You can schedule by phone, email or through our website. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

3. Property access and preparation

For most exterior services, you don't need to be home, as long as we can reach the areas being cleaned. For interior window cleaning, we'll coordinate a time that works for you.

To help your visit go smoothly, please:

• Unlock gates and keep pets inside.
• Move vehicles or items that block the work area.
• Close windows and doors before any washing.
• Let us know about anything we should watch out for, such as fragile plants, outdoor outlets or existing damage.

4. Weather

Some work isn't safe or effective in rain, storms, high winds or extreme temperatures. If weather affects your appointment, we'll contact you to reschedule for the next available day.

5. Payments

Payment is due when the job is finished. We accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards, including tap to pay.

6. Existing conditions and service limits

We take care around your home, but cleaning can't fix existing problems, and sometimes it makes them easier to see. Examples include fogging between window panes, scratches or etching in glass, worn or brittle screens, loose or failing paint, cracked concrete, oxidation and long-set stains. Please point out any existing damage before we start, so we can note it together.

Some stains, such as rust, oil or heavy oxidation, may not come out completely. If we think a result is unlikely, we'll tell you up front.

7. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Every Top Haus service is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll come back to make it right at no additional charge. We don't consider the job finished until you're happy with the results.

8. Maintenance plans and snow removal

Maintenance plans and seasonal snow removal have their own agreements, which we'll give you when you sign up. Those agreements explain plan benefits, schedules and seasonal terms.

9. About Top Haus

Top Haus Exteriors, LLC is a locally owned, insured exterior cleaning company serving the Southwest Twin Cities Metro. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
